Ginetta Supercars are delighted to be exhibiting at this year's Frankfurt International Motor Show in Germany from 15th to 27th September 2009. Farbio are guests of Kumho Tyres and will be on Stand C28 in Hall 8.
This will be the first public showing of the Farbio GTS in Germany.
The model debuting at Frankfurt is the GTS350 which enjoys as standard, a carbon fibre lightweight body, space framed chassis, complete flat underfloor with rear diffuser giving the GTS350 exceptional grip level. The GTS range is aerodynamically designed, with exquisite flowing lines and the 350 model has a supercharged V6 engine, giving an impressive 350bhp and performance of 0 - 60 mph in 4 seconds. It has an equally impressive power to weight ratio of 330bhp/ton and weighs in at just 1066kgs, with a 39:61 weight distribution.
The GTS range is mid-engine and performance is enhanced with competition dampers, twin wishbone suspension and six pot calliper 350mm vented disc brakes, giving an exciting, precise drive. The gearbox is a manual six speed selection. The GTS range aims to give the engineering of a race car, yet the comfort of a road car, resulting in an exhilarating but comfortable driving experience.
The spacious interior has fully adjustable reclining seats allowing for a 6'6" driver. Air conditioning, electric windows, heated rear screen and immobilizer are standard. Available interior options include a sports interior and coloured dash. Exterior options include exposed carbon sills and 20" carbon fibre wheels.
The GTS enjoys a large 220 litre boot space and a 70 litre fuel tank, making long journeys easier and enhancing the practicality of the car.
